Is the apartment pet-friendly?
Yes — well-behaved pets are welcome at no extra charge. Just let us know in advance.
How do I get to the apartment from the airport?
Tenerife North (TFN) is 15 km away — about 25 minutes by car. We arrange transfers from Tenerife South (TFS) for €60 per trip.
Can I see the ocean from the apartment?
Yes — the apartment is beachfront with sea, mountain and landmark views from every main room and the wide private terrace.
Do you charge any booking fees?
Never. Booking goes directly through the form on this site — no Airbnb or Booking commission, no service charge. Best price always direct.
What is the minimum stay?
Minimum 7 nights. Stays of 30 nights or more get an automatic 10% discount.
How much is the cleaning fee?
€60 mandatory cleaning fee, charged once for the whole stay (not per week). Sheets and towels are included.
How does payment work?
30% deposit at booking, balance due no later than 7 days before arrival. Direct bank transfer.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Late check-in is possible: +€20 between 21:00 and midnight, +€30 after midnight.
