About the apartment
Located in Tabaiba, in the El Rosario region of Tenerife, You & the Ocean sits on raised first-line terraces with no facing buildings — a surprising 180° view onto the Atlantic. From every room you watch the sea and listen to the waves, just as if you were on a boat.
The wide terrace is set with a table, chairs and deckchairs, ready for breakfasts in the sun and slow evenings with the horizon for company. The apartment itself is 102 m², modern, bright, very quiet, at the end of a dead-end street — and welcomes up to 3 guests + 1 baby.
The kitchen is open and functional: central island, oven, microwave, induction hobs, washing machine and everything you need for daily comfort. The dining room faces the sea; the corner lounge has a flat-screen TV, Netflix and home cinema. Free Wi-Fi throughout. The bathroom features a generous walk-in shower. Sheets and towels are included. Indoor parking is available next to the elevator.
A large outdoor swimming pool is shared with the building next door (Marlisa I). Pets are welcome — we have chosen to accept them so you can share these moments of relaxation with the ones you love.
